Return Policy – LED TV Backlight Strips

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not satisfied for any reason, you may return your LED TV backlight strips within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange, subject to the conditions below.
Easy Returns
To be eligible for a return:
- ✅ Items must be in original condition with all parts, accessories, and original packaging included.
- ✅ Return requests must be submitted within 30 days of the date you received your order.
- ✅ Items should be securely packaged to prevent damage during return shipping.
What’s Not Returnable
The following items are not eligible for return:
- ❌ Items damaged due to misuse, improper installation, incorrect installation, or modifications.
- ❌ Items returned without the original packaging, parts, or accessories.
- ❌ Clearance or final-sale items.
- ❌ Items that have been damaged after installation or use, unless the damage is due to a product defect.
How to Start a Return
- Log in to your account on our website.
- Go to My Order and select the order containing the item you wish to return.
- Click Start a Return and follow the instructions to submit your return request.
- Once your request is reviewed and approved, we’ll provide you with the return instructions and return address.
- After we receive and inspect the returned product, we’ll process your refund.
Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective, damaged upon arrival, or we made an error with your order.
For approved returns due to a defective product or an error on our part, we will provide further instructions regarding return shipping.
Refunds
Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we’ll process the approved refund to the original payment method. Please allow additional time for your payment provider to post the refund to your account.
